You can choose any city and play the role of their 911 operator. The game allows you to play from any city of your choice. You have to make sure none of the lines goes un-attained. It can be a fire vehicle, an ambulance or a police vehicle. You have to make sure the services asked by the other person on the line reach them on time. It’s not just the calls you have to manage. Some are even fake calls just fooling around. These calls can be from anybody from a hurt patient to a terrorist.
